Bring the process owners and enough evidence.
An operations owner, an IT or data representative and a business sponsor should join. Prepare sample records, process notes, problem-case definitions, current reports and a list of systems involved.
Free 2-day process review
We sit with the people who actually do the work. We look at real sample cases. Then we tell you, plainly, where the time goes, where AI can help, and what should stay with your team. No charge. No commitment to automate anything.
Request the review
A sentence or two is enough. We’ll confirm the boundaries before we ask for any sample cases.
Request received
We’ll read what you sent and reply with a short note on the process we’d review together. Nothing to prepare on your end yet.
What happens next
Enterprise readiness
An operations owner, an IT or data representative and a business sponsor should join. Prepare sample records, process notes, problem-case definitions, current reports and a list of systems involved.
We assess available interfaces, access constraints and deployment boundaries. Handover ownership, customer and Proxima contacts, support availability and escalation responsibilities are written into the implementation proposal.
The proposal includes assumptions, data-handling questions, measurable checkpoints, stop criteria and customer-specific support terms. Fixed implementation pricing is presented in INR unless otherwise agreed.
What you receive
Formal report: The Proxima Diagnostic Report
After the review
After supervised testing meets the measure agreed for a specific action category, that category may move to controlled automation. Recommendation quality and business outcomes are measured separately. The response to declining performance is agreed before launch.
No commitment to automate
If AI isn’t the right answer, you still leave with the map and a practical recommendation. If it is, you get a fixed scope, a timeline, and quality checks both your ops and IT teams can read.
