How we handle the details you share for a process review.
Short version: we collect only what we need to answer your request, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to correct or remove it any time. The rest of this page is the longer answer.

What we collect
When you ask for a process review, you tell us a few things: your name, company email, company name, the process you want looked at, your team size, and where your main systems run. The form also passes along the page you came from, the site that referred you, and any UTM campaign fields. Optional Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics. We do not send your name, email, company, phone number, address, or the text you type into the form to analytics.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and line up a follow-up conversation.
- To understand which process or sector you're writing to us about.
- If you accept analytics, to see aggregate website and campaign performance without sending your form details.
- To keep basic records so our sales and support people can follow up.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. A process review request may be processed by our website hosting provider and stored in a Google Sheet, with access limited to the Proximaagents people who need it to respond. If you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics processes aggregate website traffic. We review the services used for this site and update this notice when that handling changes.
Your analytics choice
Analytics is optional and remains off until you accept it. Your choice is stored in your browser. You can reject analytics or change your choice at any time; rejecting analytics does not affect the process review form.
How long we keep it
We hold process review details only as long as we need to respond, work the opportunity, and keep sensible business records. After that, we remove them. Want something corrected or deleted? Email enquiry@proximaagents.com and we'll act on it.
Process review data
The form on this site is not the place for confidential production data. If a review goes ahead, the sample data, access scope, retention period, and who owns deletion are agreed separately, before anything is transferred or reviewed.
